Terrace Roanoke is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications!

*To qualify for residency your total household income must meet certain eligibility requirements and not exceed the annual amounts. Please refer to our ‘DO I QUALIFY?’ page for income limits*

We accept applications in order of being received. *Please note that we cannot accept an application and add you to our official waitlist until it is completed in its entirety.*

With your completed application we will also need the following from you to move on to the next step in the approval process:

*A copy of a Photo ID and Social Security Card (please let us know if you don’t have this, there are other forms of ID we may be able to accept in place of the SSC) for every household member or occupant over the age of 18.

You can submit your completed application, and copies of your ID’s by email at: Manager@TerraceRoanoke.com or in person during our open business hours: (M/W/F 9:00 – 5:00, we are closed on Tues/Thurs).

An $35.00 application fee per adult occupant is required at time of processing application. Applicants will receive more information on how to pay this once their application is ready to be processed.

A standard security deposit of $300.00 will be due upon offer of an apartment.
